My problem is whether to go for the vortex or the ultimate? Which one should I choose and what are their respective handling characteristics?

Jul 28, 2001 3:13 PM | | The Vortex is more of a lighter, climbing, all in the day ride. The Ultimate has shorter chainstays and is more of a crit, and sprint bike,stiffer ride. Not as comfortable as the Vortex, but could still ride on longer rides. In a nutshell that's the more noticeable differences.
