| Selle Italia Turbomatic 3 Gel Saddle | Trent Jul 26, 2001 6:22 PM | | Can anyone give me some feedback on this saddle? I've found some good deals on it and am looking for a compy saddle. |
| Haven't tried the Gel | Atombomber Jul 26, 2001 8:19 PM | | I've been using Turbomatics since before they were numbered. I now have 3s on my XC mtnbike and on my roadbike. I don't have any first hand on the gel version though. |

I am on my third turbomatic and wouldn't ride any other saddle (I've tried). But, everyone's butt is different. Good luck. |
| Haven't ridden it but ... | bianchi boy Jul 31, 2001 8:43 AM | | Here's info from branford bikes website, which has dimensions for saddles. The Turbomatic 3 Gel is 270 mm long and 140 mm wide. That makes it slightly less wide than the SI Max Flite Transam or Max Flite Gel, which are both 142 mm wide and 276 mm long. A regular Flite saddle is about 135 mm wide, I think. What are the prices you've seen on Turbomatic and where? |
