|I wipe my bike down with Orange-Glo cleaner after every ride.Cleans the bike of sweat and oils, and leaves a nice shine and orange scent.Sweat salt can eat at your paint over a time. Here in Tampa Bay,we sweat on rides year round! Worth the effort.|

|My old steel frame is rusty at the junction of the seat tube and the head tube in large part because I wasn't very fastidious about cleaning up after long hot rides. This was especially a problem after long rides with lots of climbing. On the climbs, the sweat would hit the top tube and then roll down to the junction of the seat tube and head tube where, full of salt, it would dry up. If you sweat and are doing a lot of rides in hot weater break out a rag and at least wipe down the top tube and seat tube after each ride.
