Zona Bici delivery times in CA?drgthumbs

I am considering purchasing a Campy groupset from I have heard that their shipping times are less than spectacular, but what can I expect from them here in the US? Has anyone from CA or the Western US ordered from them? How long did it take, and how much in shipping and duties(if any)? Thanks for your help.

I'm in Colorado and have been waiting over three weeks for some components which were on sale. They emailed me that they will ship Friday. I'd advise you look elsewhere if you are in a hurry.

I received an order from ZB about two months ago and have another order in the works now. The first order was a pair of Genius 3 shoes. They took about a month to get to CA. The shoes were $105 and shipping was $35 and there were no duty charges, so I ended up saving a considerable amount of money. But, as the poster above says, don't order from ZB if you're in a hurry. Great deals with slow delivery.

I ordered several clothing items and a pair of Northwave Evolution shoes. Took about a month to receive the package. Only problem was that they included the fibra sole rather than the carbon. I didn't have to pay any duty on the shipment (over $400). Would I do it again? Well, like other posters have said: great prices if you can stand the wait. (btw - my buddy never received the Italia team kit that he ordered, but they refunded his payment for it)

As I mentioned in my most recent message, I have a current order with ZB. Unlike last time, I received an e-mail telling me when the order was shipped and providing me a DHL tracking number. The order was shipped a week after order and if last time is any indication, the order should be here about a week after shipping. This means that the total time from order to receipt will be cut in half from about a month to about 2 weeks. Maybe they really are improving.

I got the goods today: exactly 14 days from the date the order was made. ZB appears to be improving its delivery times dramatically. Nice work, boys.
