Just wanted to say again, that I ordered a KHS Frame/Fork to Sendai, Japan and Bill was all over it. He was honest about everything from shipping costs down to condition of the product. By the way, it was in great condition, and packed very well. He`s also quick to respond to e-mails with whatever help you may need. Do business with this guy is all I can say.

Agreed. Bill owns a bike shop here in Portland, Oregon. He fixed my bike on a walk-in last night - no waiting and I'm back on the trail today. Great deals, great service, doesn't get much better than that.

Bill has went through Hell and back getting parts for me at a great price.

Ditto that. My boyfriend and I have built our Bullit and Superlight with parts almost exclusively from Bill. Not only does he have great prices but he puts up with endless questions and offers suggestions on parts, etc. He's incredibly helpful and generally great to deal with.

I've been dealing with Bill for more than a year. I live in Canada and Bill's service is top shelf. Prices are great, advice is sound, and he ships the parts lightning fast.
