It seems I might have been scammed trying to purchase a Santa Cruz Bullit from mtbReview Website. The information I have is as follows Thomas Engelston 6538 Collins Avenue, ap457 Miami Beach, Florida, 33141, 786 513 2686 email toang70@hotmail.com I first saw the add around July 10, 2003 I know he has deleted the add but I would think that you have more information on him. I sent him 1300.00 in Postal checks express mail and
haven't received any emails or tracking number for the product being sent.At this point I am concerned that he doesn't plan to send the bike.

Contact your local office of the FBI. Since you mailed a postal money order, this is felony mail fraud, seriousl offense. It may also qualify as interet fraud as well, but I'm not sure about that. I had the same thing happen to me, I bought a frameset about 2 years ago from a guy in Ney York. Mailed him a $1400 postal money order, didn't here from him again until 5 weeks later after I called my local police and FBI offices. I gave them his contact info, and a copy of all our emails. Two days later I recieved a cashiers check in the mail that he had overnighted to me.

No mercy on these scumbags.........
