I fooishly got sucked into wasting $540 on an E-Bay seller in Romania selling Fujis. He had 100% positive feedback on 128 transactions so I stupidly went off E-Bay to buy after he registered the package with UPS. Didn't know you could electronicaly do this. His e-mail is Don't do what I did, it's a major rip!!

I've been tracking some of the e-bay listings for bikes. DON'T DEAL WITH ANYONE WHO WANTS MONEY BY WESTERN UNION! I suggest you ask to talk to them on the phone and deal with an escrow closing. The fraudster won't. He will claim to be from Canada/Romania/Italy, etc...

Hey, did you ever get a package from the person or did they just never send anything? I am pretty sure i just got ripped off by some guy in romania as well, wish i would have seen all these warning signs first. I only payed him half of what he needed (about 450$) and agreed to pay the rest when the package arrives. I was given a tracking number, and it says that the package will be here in a few days. I am looking to see what i can do if i indeed did get ripped off. Any suggestions or do i just grit my teeth and forget it?

Basically you're screwed. No package ever arrived and I have started a file with the FBI ( Internet Fraud Agency, E-Bay has a link to it)I also got the guys name from UPS which I passed on to my file with this agency, ( he registered a tracking number electronically). All I want is to see him BUSTED! but I don't think there's a prayer in hell.
