ARG!! What a p*#^@!!!Kristin

Is there any way to have an untrue complaint removed from your EBay account?

This moron put a complaint against me that is completely untrue. I ordered an item from him in February and had a payment problem. He was completely unhelpful and super slow to respond (3-4 days after I'd send a message). Even then his responses never addressed the problem, they only demanded the money. So I bought the item somewhere else. (I would do this in with any retailer, online or off, if they provided such crappy service.)

He tried to stick me with a non-payment warning--for a $10 item, mind you. I rebutted this to Ebay and they quickly removed the warning and encouraged me to becareful about refusing to pay in the future, which is fine, I'll beware of ANY neg's in the future.

So now the seller slaps an untrue complaint on my account:
"New buyer who will leave feedback at the drop of a dime."

What the F&#*!!! First, I'm not new; I just don't buy very often. Second, I posted his neg feedback 12 WEEKS after the friggin transaction failed, and ONLY after he refused to stop pursuing me for his damn piddlesh$t $10. Finally, I have never left a neg feedback EVER, before this.

Oh, and this guys had 5 identities, his contact info is wrong, and he's got plenty of negs.
Oops, nevermindKristin

Somehow I thought that Negative and Compaint were 2 different things. I apologize. I figured he'd leave a negative feedback in response to mine. He's still wrong and still a prick.
a number of complaints against Kirstin and many rude vulgar responses back from Him. He tries to sell boatloads of crap on Rec.Bicycles.marketplace often posting things dozens and dozens of times for outragous prices. Somebody to steer clear of.Beentheredonethatnow

Ever occur to you that the person doing the complaining about someone on ebay is named Kristin, NOT the person he/she is complaining about.

This forum is to warn others of potential scammers and there is a Kirstan that many people have complained about. Do a search on Deja.com and you will see. If this is a different person fine, that's all they gotta say.
I am a different personKristin

and I'm not a scammer. I just don't play well with morons who try and defraud me (as one guy recently did over some benotto bar tape) or who whine and moan AFTER they buy something and think they paid tooo much. See unlike ebay, RBM doesn't have a feedback
forum where people can post about crappy buyers of their products, and since I sell to thousands of people a year, I don't have the time to fill out reports on every person I deal with. People who buy from me get their products. If they don't like my prices, they don't get the right to complain about them after agreeing to pay them.
