Scott Clark - Its over - stop being futileNick Tidy

Scott Clark and Nick Tidy had a possible transaction going on with guidlines to help the sale go buy smoothly. An important clause that Scott Clark forgot to ask for stating that all other buyers be excluded or disqualified was not in our contract. I Had another better offer so I informed him that he would have to wait. Our contract stated that I sell, not have sold to Scott Clark and that once the funds were cleared and in my account, he would then become the new owner of the bike, I never recieved a dime, how clear is that ? Sell is an action in the present, Sold is an action in the past .
I was in the process of selling my bike so I said I sell to, not I have sold to Scott Clark and that the sale was final. To show you what kind of flexible guy that I am, I gave him the option to return the bike back to me if it wasn`t right, I didn`t demand that the sale be final, I was open, possitive and very cooperative with this guy. I am very disappointed that all this is thrown in my face, I am left with a very bad feeling about the transaction and its taking up valuable time setting the record straight.

I want to put a lid on this because its over.

Scott - I say please stop it now and get on with your life, stop being futile.
