|1. Sell old stuff without advertising it as such or telling you until you call to ask.
2. Three phone calls (second call was: I remember you....No, I guess we didn't ship those, I'll try to get someone to do it...), two shipments of spokes (for hubs and rims that they sell), and none of it was right. I pieced together a wheel from the two shipments and some others I had to buy (the second shipment was short of a few spokes).
3. Foolish me, I HAD to buy some Ritchey OCR rims that they are virtually giving away, ordered some spokes....well, I have not built the wheel yet, so I can't complain about that, but the "brass" nips are alloy. Minor problems, but they are non-stop and enough to drive you back to your LBS.
