I attempted to purchase a nightrider digital nightowl from Dennis Paprocki in Tempe,Arizona.I paypalled him the asking price plus shipping cost a month ago.He emailed me when he received the payment and stated the light was being shipped the next day.I have not received the light 4 weeks later. That was the last i have heard from him-i have sent multiple emails without reply. I even called information in Tempe and called him.I spoke with a woman who stated that she had a husband with the first name of Dennis but that he was not the one selling bike parts on the internet-she had received other calls for related nondelivery of goods.BEWARE

Received wheels, cassette, tires, & tubes as promised...In NEW condition. A little slow with Email communication, but would definitely recommend Dennis, & would do business with him again. Gave me a great deal! Thanks Dennis

If you get no resolution don't continiue to wait. Initiate an investigation through Paypal. They get right on it and if they can't find resolution, depending on the circumstances refund your money and suspend the seller's account (ouch!! that hurts the seller) I've been successful in getting my money back via paypal. Also look into mail fruad charges, not as quick response and requires more work on your part. Try paypal first. Good Luck and keep us posted

Should have read this before I purchased something from him. Sent money through Paypal & almost 2 weeks later still have not received the pedals. After many emails finally answered, claims I should have received them already & would look into it. Ha Ha.
