|I am kinda of new to road riding and I am dialing in my fit now.
First off I am getting numbness in my hands, mainly right the right hand. Any suggestions? Is it fit or stem length?
I am going from a 100mm to a 90mm stem after using the fit guide on wrenchscience.com
Now I am also getting numbness in my feet. I think this is due to the cleat placement.
I am using Sidi Titan shoes with Shimano SPD-SL Pedals.
I know the cleat should be at the ball of you foot. Any idea what number that might be on the bottom of the sole?
I have them on #4 right now but I really can't tell where it feels on the bottom of my foot/ Is there a wat to measure properly?

|I'm new to road biking too, I also changed the stem to 90mm and also ordered a 110 degree riser bar to ease my sore lower back. I adjusted the saddle forward. I think you just have to get use to the body geometry of a road bike. I often switch hand positions on the handlebar to offset my numbness.
Get some good glove one with the gel or padding.

|if your saddle points down too much you'd get numb hands. Try to level it, also use thicker gloves, gel bar tape.|| |
