|I ordered a Klein Q-pro xx in september. it is friggin february and i still don't have it. Trek has spouted out distribution problems and dura-ace delivery problems as weak excuses. As for a madone or 5900 as a replacement, forget about it, can't buy one of those either. Has anyone else had such ridiculous problems? Does Trek really suck as bad as they seem to?|

|They make all of one size in a production run. They start with the 49 and work up, so I'm waiting for a 59. Also, I ordered in late August and the previous model (2002) was gone, So I waited until March. By then they were building '03 in my size. If Kleintrekfisher works this way, you'll be waiting until they build your size and model.
Your dealer should be able to prod and find out the production schedule. That is, if you haven't pissed him off to the point where he won't talk to you.

|It's a 54 cm q-pro xx (double). I'm working with an unnamed (don't want to piss them off) trek dealer in virginia. my team has a sponsorship with the dealer and therefore i'm stuck with them and the middle men the dealer requires for communication. they won't even allow me to talk to them (thanks guys). if you can actually get a 54cm double, would there be anyway that my dealer could get its hands on one? i don't know if dealers are willing to trade inventories or what, but the season starts in 8 weeks. give me some advice.|
