Friend in Taiwan (Kaohsiung)- buy stuff there?allezdude

Friend will be in Taiwan for an extended period of time, and was wondering if possible (and if there's a savings) by buying stuff there direct from a factory. Thinking of getting some carb. cranks and maybe a frame.

Anyone from here done so? Thanks.

you can see some of their stuff on eBay, mostly AC or FSA headsets/carbon parts (sometimes w/o FSA logo), so yes, it's been done. On higher scale alot of it being sold through Supergo (Weyless/Scattante), Performance, Nashbar or Chuck's.
Not sure if it's worth to buy a frame; smaller parts different matter, you could make a few bucks by say reselling AC hubs.
