|It started on 9 Jan when I placed my order with GloryCycles for the red/black Tufo Elite Road tubies. I called them and placed the order since everything was in stock. They charged my card and shipped nothing. They didn't really have them in stock. No contact from them till I called a week later. They said they would be in that day. Their order arrived and no tires. Still they never called to tell me. I call 10 days later to find out what is going on and they tell me to wait for the next order. No dice. They forgot to order the tires twice before so why expect it now? Worst of all, don't say you have something and sell it as in stock when you have no ability to even order it. GloryCycles was out at that point. They get a big fat 2 for customer service. They act like they are doing me a favor by selling me the tires.
Next I call WorldCycling and suck it up and pay the extra $10 a tire. Again, all is in stock. Package comes second day. Great!! Open the box and it contains 2 red/black clincher tubular cyclocross tires. The shipping statement lists the right tire, but the box has cross tires. I call worldcycling and ask about it and am told there is no way they shipped the wrong tires because the guy I was talking to packed it personally. I send them a picture of the box contents via email, and they agree to re-ship with the right tires. Kicker here is they want me to pay for the shipping on return postage for the cross tires!! Has customer service gone to such hell I am being punished for being the consumer?

|I needed valve extenders and glue tape and gave them a call on your advice. They were more than friendly and have everything in all colors in stock. Wish I had known about them before.|

|Dispute it with your credit card company. I tried to order binoculars once and I had to try 3 different places. The 2nd place waited a week to ship them even though they had it in stock and claimed to ship within 72 hours. They had no problem charging my CC right away though, despite claiming to not charge you until 24 hrs before shipping. I ordered from a 3rd place one week later and both packages arrived the same day. I refused the one from the jerks and they didn't want to refund shipping but I wrote a detailed complaint to my CC company and the bad business had to eat the shipping cost.|

|Not making excuses Glory Cycles but since I am a local, I went to their store and they have moved to a new place and they are remodeling the whole place. It looked pretty messy when I went there. They seemed like good people. Too bad they messed up on your order.
It's incredible what happened next to you at worldcycling. It truly seems it wasn't meant for you to get those tires. Sometimes, when it rains it pours.
