Can anyone recommend a good source for having club/team jerseys printed? Naturally, we're looking for low cost, low minimum runs, high quality, fast turnaround, etc. (Not the least bit unreasonable, right?)

We've been working with voler this year and it's been great! Very professional and all custom artwork. They have a system of booking production times so you're not guessing when your gear will be delivered. All clothing companies will have a pretty full schedule right now. If you ordered tomorrow you probably would get your gear until mid April, but maybe a smaller run can squeak through faster.

They just did a terrific job on our club jerseys and were reasonable. More you order, the cheaper it gets.

Our club went from Verge to Voler. No comparison. The prices are similar, but Voler jerseys are a much nicer quality and their Cantara-chamois is as comfortable as Santini/Nalini/Giordana's etc. top inserts.

Our lbs has ordered their shop jerseys and bibs from them the past 2 yrs. They are very impressed with them and made it a point to mention that the stuff was delivered as scheduled-something that is an apparant oddity. FWIW-one of the "euro-snob" racers that rides from that shop actually liked the stuff, and he is usually hard to please (and hard to keep his wheel, too, but that's another story.....).

If you only need a few jersey's they have a semi-custom program that allows you to make as low as 1 jersey in FULL COLOR. You select from a basic jersey design, they have many, and then they sublimate your artwork on the front/back. Front/Back can be different. I had some jerseys made through them and had them in my hands in less than two (2) weeks.

I haven't used them but they are a division of Mt. Borah and I like to support the Midwest guys...

www.bici-imports.com

or

www.pactimo.com

Both have low or no minimums. My collegiate team ordered the bici stuff - no minimums- and the samples were very nice quality and used by quite a few teams in the NYC area. Another large local team had ordered from Bici last year and went with Pactimo this year, they said the their stuff was nice as well- not to mention 5 piece minimums. Their in CO, so turnaround may be good, but I don't know for sure.

I will be able to comment about Pactimo in a few weeks when my team's stuff arrives.

Bici was good to work with (we almost went with them), but their high upfront costs prevented us from going with them.

I've had good luck with Hincapie and Canari in the past. IMO, Hincapie stuff is the nicest, most comfortable out there, but the prices are sky high.
