|I scored big time $399 at Helen's, they were selling CAAD 7's for $499. Store mgr priced frames too low. 5's went up to $499 the 7's went to $799. This size 63cm had been hanging around for a long time. They couldn't get any takers for $653. I wasn't in the market for a new frame, but at $399 the price and size was right...|

|That's the best looking CAAD5 frame I've ever seen. I'm fanatical about red and black color schemes. What team was that from?|

|PAA - Pasadend Athletic Association, one of the larger clubs around here. They normally have a big contingent at the Rose Bowl rides, as well as the Saturday Montrose Ride.
http://www.paacycling.org/ check em out on their site..
By the way, Helen's Arcadia still has several CAAD 7's in smaller sizes. They were a still at $499, but still a good buy at $799.

|I know a guy on that team, and I remember seeing his CAAD7 when it showed up last year. That's a great price on a great-looking frame. I picked up an overstock CAAD5 team frame last winter and I have been very happy with it...although it was not priced as aggressively as yours is.|
|Good luck with it...||biknben|

|And just a few threads down someone was complaining that Al frames are too expensive.
That's a good deal and a unique paint scheme. My bud got a CAAD5 with a different helen's cycle paint job from GVH. Being on the oposite side of the county, no one around has seen it and it attracts some attention.
Have fun with it.
