Effect of low temp on OCLV bikeoutofthesaddle

I have an internal rack in my car and because I often ride at lunch, my bike (Trek 5200) might be in my car for several days in a row. Overnight low temps can go below freezing (25-30). Does this present any problems for the bike?

Thanks.

In a recent Q&A article, Lennard Zinn answered a similar question by referring it to a carbon frame manufacturer. As I recall, the short answer to your question is "no".

They use it on exterior surfaces of Jet airplanes, which will see tempuratures of more than -60F. I would expect no problems with leaving it in your car.
I was thinking about the whole package...outofthesaddle

tires, grease, epoxy bonding the tubes, etc. Sounds like temp is not an issue at all which is great because its nice to be able to leave a bike in the car.

Wish I had your dilema. Only thing you can ride around here at lunch (Ottawa) is a dog-sled.
