Can anyone tell me whether they have used this as "biofeedback" to improve their pedaling and if so, how they have gone about it.
Let's not get into any discussions of whether this is an inferior product to other devices and hard to install unreliable and the likes. I have seen enough comments along these lines. The bottom line is that I have installed this unit on my bike and have been using it for training. It appears to provide useful and consistent information and I'd be happy to give my own field report once I have enough miles on it.
My question is for those among you who also use the Polar 720 power output unit and have cared to use the pedaling index. I understand in principle how it works and have been able to modifiy this number as I ride by changing the way I pedal. Can anyone tell me whether they have used this as "biofeedback" to improve their pedaling and if so, hwo they have gone about it. Thanks

I don't think it's all that useful. Anyway, its not nearly as useful as as keeping your eye on power output.

So how do you train with it? Do you try to stay at lets say 250 Watts?
