Just an informal question but what is the lowest price you guys have seen on DA 10 KITS? I know there are price comparsion sites but I am lazy and I figured everyone here may give me a better idea of what the market will pay. Since Shimano has intro'd there new price policy has anyone seen any Grey Market stuff?

Just to be clear I'm talking wheels, bars, seatpost, seat, tires and group. I have a new kit for a project that fell through that is about to go to the RBR classifieds. From what I've seen around 2k is the norm from the usual suspects (Excel, CC, Cbike).

Saw it listed on e-bay, new in box (FD, RD, shifters, brakes, BB, crank, cables, cassette, chain) for 1100. I sweet talked a friend of mine who works at a shop and got my grouppo for 800, amazing what a scratched crank can do for a consumer's bargaining attempt. (oh, polished the scratch out-like new!!)

1695 for kit w/ open pro
The distributers are still having trouble getting a whole groupTig

We've been able to piece together a few complete groups by going to a few different distributers. Right now, Giant is giving us a delivery time of late March for DA 10 equipped TCR's. They have even had trouble piecing together Ultegra groups!

The Shimano supply is still behind due to all the demand for DA 10 by the pro teams and OEM builders.
It's still ugly. :) nmElefantino

From the banner ad on RBR's opening page, theyare offering full DA 10 Motobecanes including pedals for $1745. I am pretty sure the wheels are Ritcheys though. For that price you could keep the group and either sell the frame/wheels/bar/stem/etc or keep them for a beater.
