|planning a trip to europe and want to watch a couple of stages of the tour de france mtn stage. what are some good tips on planning to see a stage. like when does the road close or how long before you need to be at the spot on the road. what should you bring,is the start or the finsih worth being at.|

|Mort I'll keep this post short because it will be simpler to e mail me and I'll send a TdF Self-Guided Tour packet that I produce. It will answer all of the questions you have and then some. It even has a stage-by-stage breakdown of where to watch and how to find the viewing spots via a handy Michelin Map available online or at most major Chain bookstores.
