pulled a Homer (DOH), and broke my seat on the roof rackmaurizio

I broke my seat by hitting a barrier over head while the bike was on the roof rack. It bent the rails something fierce and broke off the shell.
At first and second glances, my bike looks OK.
Where should I check for damage? It's a carbon frame/fork (fondriest). I was barely moving so I think I saved myself from a very expensive idiot move.

I was pulling into a hotel parking garage w/the bikes on the roof. I cleared the initial entrance way and even cleared a few of the concrete support reinforcements (which were lower in height than the ceiling). The next concrete reinforcement must have been just a tad lower than the first few. I ended up ripping the leather on my saddle a bit and bending the seatpost (which I didn't realize until just recently).
