|So I have been off the bike almost completely since mid-November.
Got a cold/flu then had to do a bunch of travelling for work. I actually got back outside the week of Christmas and got some miles in - that felt great.
Then the weather turned, temperature dropped to -29C and we had snow all over the place - started to melt yesterday.
Anyway brought the trainer in from the garage ( too cold) and put it in the basement last night.
Felt great for the first 30 minutes, by 45 minutes my arms were starting to shake and I was having trouble holding on, by 60 minutes my legs were starting to shake - today my gut hurts and triceps are sore -
I have some making up to do - big time!!
Why did I dog it for so long??
