|I remember reading a post about getting in good time on a trainer a few months back. The poster made a statement about riding within a certain heartrate zone as being junk miles.
I'm just getting back on the bike on a regular basis after not riding regularly for four months.
What's the best way to spend 30 minutes to an hour on the trainer right now?
