Does anybody know where I can get replacement OEM insoles for my Carnac Quartz road shoe(I happen to be size 43 and the original insole is blue). I know there are plenty of aftermarket insoles from Dr. Scholls and Pederson Powerbeds or something like that, but it so happens the original insole works perfectly for me with my high arches until they get worn down after a season. I've noticed that when my insoles no longer offer arch support, my nagging left knee pain comes back. My shoes still look relatively new but my old insoles are shot. The Carnac website shows there are three different insoles available in France including one made specially for cold weather. Wish they were readily available here.

Sounds like you're in the States so that would be Sinclair Imports, easily found on the web for their contact details. They should be able to help or at least point you towards an LBS which can order from them.
I tried that....FSonicSmith

Sinclair Imports takes the prize for least helpful website on the planet. No contact information. Silly links for the products they carry. A waste of time.
