I just got a digital camera (Fuji FinePix S5000) and can finally share some photos.

This is my home, Eagle, CO. Made famous recently by the Kobe Bryant fiasco.

Enjoy.

Yes I do. After living the first 28 years of my life in the Southeast and dreaming of living in Colorado the opportunity finally presented itself. I have loved every minute since.
Very nice place !kai-ming

I can ride outside just about all year (they do a great job keeping the roads clear of snow), but for the past month we have had a lot of snow. I might be able to get my fixie out today. If I can't I will just ride the trainer, listen to music and look out the bedroom window for inspiration.

This is the view from our bedroom.

I am thinking of that same camera. Can I ask where you got it and how much it was? That is if you don't mind telling how much you paid for it.

Also, how easy to use is that camera? I am in between a standard digital point and shoot and that particular digital slr.

Thanks for any input.

I ordered it from www.priceler.com for $278 which is a great price when the fuji website lists it at $599 and Best Buy has it for $499. It is my first digital camera and it was very easy to learn to use. It also takes video with sound. I do not regret the purchase.
Wow! That's a great price... and thanks! nm.russw19
