ROLLER FOOD PLEASE HELP(5 posts)

ROLLER FOOD PLEASE HELPWoof the dog

Two things:

1. Is it bad that I ate a pound of cheese in the past 72 hours? considering I rode 10 hours.

2. What is a CHEAP food for indoor training? I ride long, and any kind of stuff that doesn't need cooking and can be eaten on the bike... well, it disappears like into vacuum (like that cheese did) within two-3 days. Its useless to buy a package of fig newtons for 3.49 if 2/3rds of it are gone by the same evening.

Please help keep me fed...

thank you

woof.

P.S. my income is low.

I wish there was such a thing as cheap calories, but I can't imagine anything cheaper than fig newtons (up hear I see them as cheap as C$2.69.

Maybe you can get bulk nuts / trail mix. I've also heard of people do well on a mixture of PB&J (straight up, no bread).

Ah, your colon may disown you. Think of all that gunk just sitting, fermenting in your GI tract for 18 hours... chilling thought.
