Sugestions for titles of good training guides?owmynads

Concerned specifically with a guide to periodization- almost a workbook approach. I'm self-coaching, I'm fairly new to this, and don't want to make mistakes or develop ideosyncracies I'll have to "undo" later.

The Training Bible by Joe Friel. The entire book deals with periodization.
