I have an old lugged steel frame I want to bring back to life. I'm looking for paint with in 100 miles of San Clemente, I'd like to drive there. Any ideas?

Joe Bell is in Spring Valley, near San Diego. He is the best painter in the business. No one else comes close.

and also excellent quality, is CyclArt in San Marcos. JB is indeed excellent (I have two bikes with his paint jobs) but it's hard to say that "no one else comes close." CyclArt is excellent, and Brian Baylis in La Mesa is outstanding.
