|Just wondering if anyone out there is up for posting a weekly accountability of weight loss for the next say 12 weeks through the winter? I have for the last three weeks gone on a life style eating change to lose the pounds before summer rolls around (live in the midwest). Say doing a thread on Thursday if intersted and anyone can start the thread and just add to it your loss or gain for the week. My goal is to drop 40 pounds but maybe not in 12 weeks though. I started at 222 and now am at 206 in three weeks. I also now a lot of people hate trainers but today was one of the best trainer rides I have had in the last three years. Average HR for 1hr 10 min. 165 and peaked @203 listening to George Thorogood. I am kinda pumped to meet this goal as I have not seen 180 pound range for ten+ years.
