I raced cat five this year, in the CX season gradually fell apart; I think because we were not doing training on Tuesdays and Thursdays any more. Road racing starts again in late March here in The Great Northern Tundra (AKA Michigan). I have a basic set of weights, and trainer for the road bike. The coach gave me some printouts on what to do with the weights. I was at the Borders on Sunday looking at the bicycle training books, there was several to pick from. Can some of you folks recommend a book or two that is geared towards straightforward training to get ready for racing season? I want to win a race or two in cat five for 2004.

Thanks
