|Starting the race training over again in January. It is cold out, so indoors and trainer. Am also taking a class or two at the gym, weights, steps, type stuff. Am Cat five. What should I be riding on the trainer per day/week? Also any training tapes/DVDs out there to put in the VCR/DVD player to watch while going nowhere might fast (and slow)? In addition, where can I get a mat to put the bike/trainer on so I do not mess up the new carpet in the bedroom? Racing starts in late March.
