Stolen: Optima Lynx (Recumbent)roaddog

"Sandalman" Bob had his bike stolen at 6:30 PM,Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2003 from Kindred Hospital, 4th Street and 30th Avenue South, St. Petersburg,FL. It had a U lock
around the back wheel and rear shock. The crack head who stole it may drop it in the Bay or he may try to sell it somewhere. Who knows where?

Picture attached. St. Pete Police Case No. 2003-75732
Any help appreciated. reward. Bob rides this at several charity rides all over Florida. He needs his bike back.

I'll keep my eye's open... They must have been stalking the bike and had a truck to take it away in. Riding a recumbent in general usually causes heads to turn. Do you have the remains of the U lock? Was it a Kryptonite? Where the hell was hospital security?

On another note, i just had a calculus book stolen while i was at the library. Since the school buys them back, I guess some hillbilly, (I live in TN) walked by my table and saw my poor little calc book and decided that it needed to be liberated. The strange thing is that my $150 graphing calculator was sitting right next to it... sorry for the rant... good luck finding the bike.
