|I'm looking at one of these for cheap. Al 7005 is all I know. Size is 50 ctc and it's red.
Temporary replacement for my 'bent/compact Corrado pictured below until I figure out what I want for my daily rider. Any information would be appreciated.

|with Columbus Aluthron straight-gauge aluminum tubing, built up with Mirage in 60cm. Looks nice, decent quality (BB welds not pretty) not light but no boat anchor (I'm not a weight weenie), very stiff.
Since you're dealing with a much smaller frame I suggest asking if the Gavia has straight-gauge or butted tubing (7005 could be either). If the former, you *might* (depending on what you want out of the frame) find it slightly too stiff or heavy.
