|Did the rollers for an hour this morning (blizzard conditions outside) - first time did an hour -usually 30 -40 minutes. After stopping, my hamstrings hurt, they felt sore. After a while the hamstrings were normal. Never felt "it" in my hamstrings after a road ride. Thoughts? Thanks|
|round stroke. no coasting. normal (IMHO).nm||bill|

|normal, i think. happened to me saturday when i was doing 90 minutes on the rollers. then again i did 30 minutes in a pretty hard gear, but i stopped for a second, stretched, started again, and it was fine. maybe i didn't warm up enough.
i'd guess that the reason you've never felt that on a "real ride" is because of the stagnant position. on the road, you stand up, coast, corner (usually meaning you stand on the outside pedal), etc... so you shift your weight around quite a bit more than you do on the rollers.
