Should I 'Air' on the side of caution?(1 post)

Should I 'Air' on the side of caution?RoadHazzardBuzz

Well,
Because of my back, I won't be riding till March. My bike is in the repair stand to take weight off the tires.
My question is, is there any advantage to keeping the tires pumped up, or should I let the air out of them? I was wondering if one way or the other would help prolong their life? Anything else besides making sure everything is lubricated that I should do to protect the bike during the layoff?

Thanks in advance!
