|I do enough complaining when things go wrong, so I thought I'd put in a good word when things go well. The hanndle on my Kurt Kinetic trainer broke when it fell over. I sent them an e-mail. Two days later a replacement arrived with an allen wrench for the installation. No charges, no questions asked.
