|Happy Thanksgiving to every one of our little family here. Even if your area doesnt celebrate this, have a great day anyway. I hope to get a short (one hour) ride in the morning, and then Friday morning burn off some of the feast. Cheers

|Happy Turkey Day to you too Mike! And to everyone else as well!
I think one of the things I most enjoy about cycling is that it seems to keep me feeling grateful most of the year. It's so easy to get caught up in the continuous events of life - problems, deadlines, obligations, annoyances... being out on the road seems to bring me back to more important things. Family, friends, health, nature, and sometimes just by being able to gasp for air on a steep climb. Each could be taken away without notice. Lately, I feel grateful just to make it home in one piece- reminds me to say 'I love you' everytime I walk out.
For me, cycling makes every day a day worth giving thanks.

|No big gathering today-I have to work later today, (hospitals don't close on holidays!) so it's just my wife, my kids, my dogs, my cats, and me. Nothing wrong with that, though =)|
