Lemme tell you, lycra DOES NOT go over well as a highschool freshman. Although Descante shorts and a concert T-shirt made a great comprimise between "cool" and comfortable for most rides.

I just took one of those online "real age" tests that look at your health, eating habits, weight, exercise level...yadayadayada. My age came out to 32.7 years.

Get this...the test recommended that I cut down on my aerobic activity. I may be overdoing it by bicycling at a "race pace" of 16.9 to 19.9 mph average speed 12-15 times per month at average 3 hours per occasion. I also fit in 2-3 weight workouts per week. According to them, I should have crashed and burned a year ago!
