Get this...the test recommended that I cut down on my aerobic activity. I may be overdoing it by bicycling at a "race pace" of 16.9 to 19.9 mph average speed 12-15 times per month at average 3 hours per occasion. I also fit in 2-3 weight workouts per week. According to them, I should have crashed and burned a year ago!
