Can you (I can't see how) do a search on EBay on a "subcategory" ie, Sports is the main catagory, sub catagory would be cycling/roadbikes for your local area (Philadelphia)? I can see how to do the search in the main cycling catagory just not using a sub cat.
I am looking to keep tabs on a inexpensive winter bike possible SS but only want to buy in my area to save shipping cost.
Can this be done, if so, how?

but that function only let you search in the main "sports" field.....I can't see how you can search in the sub fields sports/cycling/road/......

Unfortunately cannot perform a decent search....

Do the regional search under sports in the advanced search option. When the results some up, you can click on the more narrow category on the left. You can then change the search term and it will only search in that catefory and in that region.
Or just "refine search"Matno

Do the search just how you want it (i.e. in a specific category), then click on "refine search" to the left and change the regional preference. It will still have the subcategory listed. Good luck!
