|Scared the Ducks and Rear Light||superdreadnought|

|Was just out riding in the new neighborhood, there is a park at the end of the street and a river. Rode near the river in the dark, and scared the ducks.
Also, lost my rear light. This seems to keep happening to me. Where are some rear lights out there that will not fall off the bike?

|Yes, you should have seen it. I was jumped (ambushed) by a force of ducks, with geese in support. They grab the light and made good their airborne escape.|
|Funny you mention that...||biknben|

|I had a rear blinkie fall off on Monday. I guess it opened on impact and lost the batteries because it wasn't flashing. I never found any of it in the dark. I looked for pieces the next day but turned up empty.
It was a Bike Planet light. I really liked it too.
I have a couple Vista Light Eclipses which I also like that have worked flawlessly. Although they only mount to large diameter frame tubes.

|I seem to lose the rear lights, usually due to deficient mounting assembly. This season got the planet bike led lights and mounted them to the seat stays, one on each side tilted up and skewed out left and right, haven't dropped one yet on and off road for one month (around 1,000 miles)so they pass my test.
Foggetabout the ducks, its them very Large Canadian Geese you must watch out for, greater or lesser, they pack a punch.
