should i be riding my nice wheels (mavic K's)on my indoor trainer? or should i by a cheap set to ride to nowhere?thanks

But it stressess them a WHOLE lot less than riding on the road. The only stress applied in a trainer is what you put in through the pedals - no cornering forces, no bumps, no potholes, no rocks, no bunny hops, etc. The thing that really takes a beating in a trainer is your tire - buy a cheap one to ride to nowhere.
