These pictures have been taken off of a website, it was on here in the past... but this time someone is bidding on the bike, someone notify ebay (I dont know how to), I'm about 99% sure this is a scam, registered in canada, no feedback, and im sure you'll agree if you've seen the pictures in the past. Just wanted to help.

There is so much of this going on with bikes lately. I think its the same guy who keeps changing his identity. Bottom line is, if you are going to bid on E-Bay, especially with this kind of money, you are a fool to do so with someone who has NO FEEDBACK. If they get taken because they are greedy, and not being careful, then they are in for a painful lesson!

Why would someone in Spain register in Canada? Of course this makes no sense and is bogus.

I have in the past sent e-mails to E-bay about this kind of stuff. They respond saying e-bay is safe, everything is ok....

Very frustrating. The old adage, Buyer beware is very appropriate for the current e-bay.

Why not just email the potential victim? I have in the past alerting them to a possible ripoff. About a month ago a guy was using pictures off a web site that I frequent to rip people off.
I just told Ebay.....let's see what happens :-)noupi

Thats right the same bike being sold by 4 different sellers! This scam artist lists the same items several times a week. Usually he has no feedback, sometimes he manages to steal someones ebay identity. One his sellers today is a stolen identity called snoopyspongebob12. If you check his other auctions he's also selling c40's, serotta's, litespeeds, Maverick's, Ellsworth, laptop computers, digital camera's. Over 300 items, worth over a million dollars!!!!!!
