|Call polar customer service and they will tell you where to down load an additional program that will allow you to use with XP. I am in the middle of a move this weekend so I am unable to get on my home pc. If they can't or won't help, then email me @ email@example.com on Monday(17Nov'03)and I should be able to help.|

|Anyway. I cant believe it "wont" install (though I do not have Polar anything).
The "Digially Signed" bit you are talking about should be no more than a warning that says Microsoft did not have anything to do with this driver so it might blow up on you. When the dialog box pops up, you should have an option to "Install Anyway".
ps. nitpick: you dont install anything on a CPU...
