How ypu prevent your glasses from growing misted over? When I ride non-stop all ok, but if I stop, e.g. on traffic light for a minute glasses grows misted all over.

I've never heard the term "misted over", but if you mean they become foggy I usually pull them down a little toward the tip of my nose and let more air circulate around the lens. Or you could get better ventilated glasses.

there's one to repel rain for outside and one for defogging.

You'd better read the rain-X label if you're wearing polycarbonate lenses. From what the label says, Rain-X isn't good for plastic.
