Look CX-6 Ti pedals? Are the Ti spindles any weaker than the crome alloy spindles? I really don't want to find out by breaking a spindle and taking a tumble.

Does anyone know where they sell CX-6 Ti's for less than $299? Totalcycling has the regular CX-6 for about $125.

I use them on one of my bikes. I am at around 200 lbs and don't have a problem with them, but I would say a real world limit would be around 180 lbs rider. Just to cover my oversized butt. I don't ride as hard now at 200 (or plus) as I did when I was 180 and in shape. I was harder on stuff then because I was racing it... I don't race anymore and so I don't ride that hard, nor do I get out of the saddle to sprint that much anymore. And I live in Florida so I don't get out of the saddle to climb either.

But if you are under 180 or just don't crush stuff, you would be fine.
