I've heard that the wheel builder is about as important as the wheel itself when considering purchase of a wheelset. Are Lickton's Cycles out of Chicago good wheel builders? Thanks.

6 years ago they built a set for me (155lbs) with chorus hubs / open pro rims / 32 spoke that I put about 10000 miles on that never needed trueing.
