|Thanks in part tot he help I got here. After all was said and done, reviews read, and deals suggested, it's a done deal - I bought the Gunnar. We were able to agree to a price and a few clicks on Paypal sealed it!
I'm pretty stoked too. It's low mileage (less than 1k) and is full Ultegra w/ Open Pros. 853 frame, and it includes the flightdeck computer. I did have a very nice offer to buy an 04 Specialized Allez Elite for $650 (all 105 w/ Alex 330's) and I was tempted. In the end, it's the 853 frame that got me (although I really thought I wanted a compact frame this time around, maybe it just seeems more "modern" to me, I don't know). Still, I think I made the right call and the price was really right for all that I am getting.
I'll be sure to post a pic and a first ride report after it gets here. The only sad part is that the first ride might just happen on the trainer since Ohio weather is anybody's guess this time of year. Either way, I can almost officially say to the road that I am back and after all these years, I have a feeling some things really haven't changed. I guess I'll know soon enough.
Thanks again for everyone's help and for welcoming to the group here.
Peace and light,

|Im in Bay Village on the west side of Cleveland. Toledo is only a little over an hour drive.
Wierd on the Texas thing too. I am travelling to Dallas for Turkey Day and was trying to decide if I should bring the mtb or the new roadie. Hmmm.
