Canari BioVent jackets: any good?ortman

Just saw some Canari BioVent jackets at GI Joes here in Portland OR. They are dayglo yellow/green, are supposed to be water resistant and breathable, and are only $40. Anyone have any experience with these? Thanks.

I have one. I don't like it. It doesn't breathe at all -- within ten minutes you will be soaked with sweat. Perhaps this is true of all jackets of this type; I've never tried others, so I can't say. Instead of my Canari, I use a combination of vests, arm warmers, long-sleeve jerseys, and/or a polypropolene jacket.
