It has been a few weeks since I have visted the site. I am down 25 pounds. I am using Hydroxycut along with the riding.

Good work and congratulations! The best performance "upgrade" you'll ever make. Let us know the result on a typical ride for you.
great but the hydroxycut is a waste of $ColnagoFE

Any non-perscription diet aid that doesn't contain ephidrine doesn't work. Might as well just slam a couple cups of coffee.
Great job, but get rid of the Hydroxycut. Do it the right way,MKD

naturally and over time. It probably took you 10-20 years to weigh that much, give your self a little time to loose it. Just be patient and enjoy what you are doing.

I noticed in your early posts that you tend to buy into the fake diet formulas, in general. You are obviously not alone, but you must realize by now that it is just snake oil. Quit spending money on the Hydrox-whatever and keep eating what you are eating now. Take the money you save and buy your wife new earings.
actually a ECA stack might work for himColnagoFE

If he's as big as I remember him to be then a ECA stack or even perscription diet drug might speed up fat loss while sparing lean muscle assuming he's restricting calories. Of course this assumes no contraindications for the medication (high blood pressure, heart problems), but ECA is not all that unsafe if used correctly. Most of the deaths you hear about were a result of abuse of it. All this said...the new formula of Hydroxycut contrains no ephedrine so it is indeed snake oil.

I lost 24 pounds just from cycling this year but I could
have lost more I suspect if I'd been moderating my diet.
This will probably be my next goal in conjunction with the

It certainly adds some speed to your riding for sure!

If I were in your position I would see a doctor you trust. Ask them about Xenecal. See if your doctor thinks it is better for you than OTC stimulants. Xenecal is one of the only perscription drugs currently on the market that shows real promise in helping with weight loss. It blocks you body's ability to absorb the fat you eat and you pass it instead of absorbing it. It does have some odd side effects, but it is way better for your system than Hydroxycrap. And if you have any sort of perscription plan, it should even cost you less than OTC stimulants.
